Phoenix Loft Residence

 

The design challenge for this loft with a view was to achieve the clients’ lifestyle and entertaining goals, incorporate furniture needs and correct architectural shortcomings.  The award-winning solution included recessing a wall, modifying soffits, repurposing spaces, adding a curved glass wall and designing custom furniture to fit the space and usage requirements.  Warm, earthy colors enhanced by low voltage lighting ensured the appeal of this sophisticated urban setting.
