The modest interior of this 1937 era home in the Encanto Historic District of Phoenix was transformed into the traditional English jewel that the homeowners desired. By enlarging and remodeling the kitchen, adding a wine cellar with hand-carved details and furnishing each room with classic pieces and elegant window coverings, the result is a vibrant English charmer.
